Job summary

Vantage Tag Systems in Surrey, BC is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate all customer service activities and ensure seamless installation and service delivery. You will work with sales, logistics, and technical teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating hardware installation, scheduling service personnel, creating cost estimates, liaising with vendors, and maintaining the customer database (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements and coordinate hardware installation/delivery.
• Coordinate service personnel, scheduling resources, and logistics.
• Create estimates for staff, costing and resources for implementation.
• Liaise with vendors, distributors, service personnel, and sales agents.
• Ensure proper project documentation and commissioning.
• Update and maintain installation documentation database.
• Establish relationships with installation providers in Canada, USA and internationally.
• Act as second tier support for field technicians with configuration and diagnostics.
• Monitor system health to minimize downtime for customers.
• Coordinate with wireless providers to order and activate SIMs and monitor billing.
