Job summary

Sterling Fleet Outfitters Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Sales & Project Coordinator to support the design of vehicle layouts and upfit solutions for fleets in the Fraser Valley area.

You will meet with customers, prepare estimates, coordinate with Production and Installation teams, and ensure projects meet customer requirements and timelines while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Meet with customers in person, by phone, and by email to understand their vehicle and equipment requirements.
• Design vehicle layouts and equipment packages based on customer workflows and applications.
• Create estimates, quotations, proposals, and project costings.
• Develop technical solutions involving storage systems, accessories, lighting, power systems, and other vehicle equipment.
• Identify installation requirements for upfit projects and coordinate with teams to complete them.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer requirements, orders and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in person, by phone, and by email to understand their vehicle and equipment requirements.
• Conduct customer discovery conversations and recommend practical upfit solutions.
• Design vehicle layouts and equipment packages based on customer workflows and applications.
• Create estimates, quotations, proposals, and project costings.
• Develop technical solutions involving storage systems, accessories, lighting, power systems, and other vehicle equipment.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and installation requirements for upfit projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Installation teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Convert customer requirements into complete project documentation, orders, and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in company systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project process.
