Job summary

MasterBrand in Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow and maintain business in the Dealer and Home Centre channels within the assigned region. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, meet territory budget targets, and provide forecasting and reporting.

Strong prospecting and a disciplined time-management approach are essential. Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years outside sales leadership; proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and design software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of outside sales leadership experience.
• Excellent technical skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet Explorer; 20/20 Design Software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain business in the Dealer and Home Centre sectors in the designated region.
• Develop and build relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales revenue.
• Achieve sales targets by developing the designated territory and balancing sales with service.
• Provide forecasting, reports and weekly/monthly updates on performance.
• Stay current on market trends and participate in strategic planning with the VP Sales, Canada.
