Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Team Leader for our Ottawa Tanger Outlets location. You will guide and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales KPIs and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Lead visual merchandising, manage daily store operations, and ensure health and safety standards. A strong communicator with a proactive, results-driven mindset will thrive in this role.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
