Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a CAN Team Leader for the Ontario region. Based at Trinity Common, you will lead a retail team, delivering exceptional customer service and creating an engaging shopping environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coaching and mentoring staff to hit targets while maintaining stock, merchandising, and safety standards. The role rewards performance with a monthly bonus, staff discounts across Mountain Warehouse and Animal, and additional benefits.

• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
