Job summary

Walmart Canada in Peace River, AB is seeking a part-time Cleaner to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program while helping control costs to keep the store clean and safe for customers and associates. You will communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach, cooperate with associates on cleaning regimens, and ensure all Fresh Departments are cleaned and equipment is maintained.

This role starts at CAD 16.95 per hour and supports in-store certification programs and safe-working practices in

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
