Walmart in Longueuil, QC is seeking a reliable Maintenance/Cleaning Associate to participate in a structured cleaning program, help keep aisles and back areas clean, and support a safe shopping and working environment.

You will follow food safety standards and cold chain guidelines, manage cleaning tasks across Fresh Departments, and ensure equipment and supplies are ready. This entry‑level role offers a starting wage of 18.55 CAD per hour and opportunities to learn industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection of all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and working in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
• When required, cleans floors following a system of mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
