Job summary

Walmart Canada in LaSalle, QC is hiring a Maintenance Cleaner to participate in a structured cleaning program, help control expenses, and maintain a clean, safe shopping and working environment.

You will follow Food Safety and cold chain guidelines, clean all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers and display fixtures, inspect equipment, and ensure supplies are available. You will also complete required in-store certifications and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Age – 18 or older

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
