Job summary

Walmart Duncan is looking for a diligent team member to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program, ensuring a clean and safe shopping and working environment. You will coordinate with the Stocking 3 Coach, follow food safety standards, and perform daily cleaning across Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display fixtures, while inspecting equipment and maintaining supplies.

The role also requires completing in-store certifications and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Able to perform cleaning tasks in a retail environment.
• Familiar with Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Minimum age of 18 or older.

• Cleans floors by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets in non-sales areas.

What you’ll do…

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.70.
