Job summary

Walmart in Montreal is seeking a cleaning associate to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program and help control costs while maintaining a clean and safe shopping and working environment.

You will coordinate with the Stocking 3 Coach and colleagues to execute a comprehensive cleaning regimen across Fresh Departments, including coolers and display fixtures, while ensuring food safety and cold chain standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
