Job summary

Walmart Canada in Quebec is seeking a General Merchandise and Fashion Leader to support department operations and customer service. You will partner with the GM and Fashion Assistant Manager to guide associates, supervise tasks, and ensure displays are attractive and safe.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with purchases.
• Assists in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
• Assesses department presentation and merchandising, noting deficiencies and executing display changes as required.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Assign Associates to support coverage and availability across all areas of the store.
• Participates in training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates, providing feedback as needed.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment through adherence to policy and completion of safety tasks.
