• Assess department presentation and appearance and execute merchandising changes as needed.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
• Participate in training and development of the General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and provide feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing safety logs.
