Job summary

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan is seeking a Campus Recruiter and Student Programs Specialist to manage intern and new graduate recruitment, build campus relationships and deliver engaging programs that attract early talent.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners and campus teams to implement recruitment plans, assess candidates and strengthen pipelines. The role combines hands-on delivery with employer branding and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with campus recruitment or large-scale internship programs is preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination and event management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Campus Recruitment: Manage intern and new graduate recruitment cycles from intake through offer, including role postings, resume screening, digital interviews, interview coordination and candidate communications.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with schools and campus partners; gather insights and inform campus strategy.
• Identify and engage high-potential students; build diverse pipelines and relationships with clubs, funds, communities and associations.
• Develop messaging, presentations and recruitment content; partner with Marketing to promote opportunities and employee stories.
• Guide hiring teams in assessing early talent based on potential, learning agility and transferable skills; support internship-to-full-time decisions.
