Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Senior Campus Recruitment Advisor to lead campus programs, internships, and new graduate recruitment across Canada. You will build partnerships with universities and student organizations, manage events, and collaborate with hiring managers to align talent strategies.

The role supports onboarding and intern experience, drives employer branding, and maintains recruitment metrics. Travel across Canada is required (~25%), with a hybrid setup in Toronto or Ottawa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition, campus-focused preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% across Canada.
• Experience in construction/engineering is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle campus recruitment for internships, co-ops, and new grads.
• Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and student groups.
• Represent Pomerleau at career fairs and events (travel ~25%).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
• Support onboarding and integration of campus hires.
• Contribute to employer branding targeting students and early-career talent.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting.
