Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a Subway Supervisor to oversee the Thompson Rivers University location—an on-campus fast-service environment. You will lead a team, ensure food quality, uphold Subway standards, and manage daily operations and guest service in a full-time capacity.

The role requires prior Subway supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume campus operation with a focus on safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Previous Subway experience at supervisor level or higher is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proven ability to supervise employees and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of Subway procedures, product standards, and guest service expectations.
• Experience with inventory control, food cost management, and shift scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, shift coordination, and workflow.
• Lead and supervise hourly staff; assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure coverage.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Ensure food safety, proper storage, labeling, temperature control, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, waste tracking, and cost controls.
• Complete operational checklists, cash handling, POS procedures, and reporting.
