InFocus Film School is seeking a Junior Marketing & Content Coordinator to support daily marketing efforts, designing ad graphics, social content, and promotional videos. You will work on-site at our Vancouver campus and coordinate with the central Calgary team to ensure campaigns align with brand standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on content creation, event coverage, and ongoing collaboration with a remote marketing team. A portfolio is required for consideration.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in marketing, content creation, social media, or graphic design.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a remote team.

Aufgaben

• Design Facebook/Meta ad graphics, images, and flyers for digital ads, social media, events, and campaigns.
• Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Serve as on-campus marketing representative, capturing photo/video at campus events and initiatives.
• Plan, schedule, and post social media content.
• Assist with promoting events, open houses, student showcases, and school initiatives.
• Collaborate with central marketing team in Calgary on campaigns and brand standards.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Create and update posters, flyers, presentations, and other promotional assets.
• Support website and digital content updates as needed.
• Monitor content performance and assist with basic reporting.
• Use AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency.
