Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in leadership and 1+ year in food service, with strong organizational and Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' leadership experience required.
• 1+ years' food services experience required.
• Experience with Starbucks or similar coffee franchise is an asset.
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring adherence to Tim Hortons and Aramark standards.
• Supervise, train, and support front-line staff; assist with scheduling and coaching.
• Deliver fast, friendly service and resolve guest inquiries during high-volume periods.
• Enforce HACCP, WHMIS, and provincial food safety regulations; perform daily temperature and equipment checks.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and handle cash, float management and register audits.
