eStruxture is seeking an ambitious Support Services Manager to help run our camp operations across accommodations, food services, health and safety, and facilities. You will gain hands-on exposure to all support areas and collaborate with on-site management to deliver exceptional service to residents and clients.

This role emphasizes leadership development, staff coaching, quality audits, policy improvement, and budget support.

Formación

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive).
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in mentoring and cross-cultural teamwork.
• Customer-service focused with service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations across service areas.
• Coordinate service delivery to residents and clients.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Support health and safety, incident reporting, and audits.
• Contribute to policy and performance metric development.
• Assist in budget prep, cost control, and reporting.
• Engage in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
