Graham Construction seeks a Safety Administrator for the Services Division in Fort McMurray. The role supports site safety operations by maintaining records, coordinating documentation, and providing admin support to the Safety team.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
• Experience in administrative or safety administration is an asset.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel required; SharePoint knowledge is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate employee training records and safety documentation.
• Organize and manage safety forms, records, and electronic files in SharePoint.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports and tracking tools.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to the site Safety team.
• Collaborate with Safety, site admins and stakeholders to manage multiple priorities.
