Job Opening: Call Center Operator

Morrison Healthcare has several openings for a Part-Time Call Center Operator position at Cleveland Clinic - Hillcrest, located at 6780 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124. We accept online applications only.

Schedule: Part-time, with potential to become full-time. Shifts vary from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Requirements: Some call center or food service experience.

Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for securing patient meal selections and special requests via telephone or face-to-face interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow proper telephone etiquette with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Offer menu alternatives based on dietary restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and resolve concerns or report issues.
  • Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and collaborate with nursing to meet patients' food needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies.
  • Follow health, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
  • Complete required reports timely and perform other duties as assigned.
