Job description

Cell Health and Centrifuge Sales Consultant

Join us as a Cell Health and Centrifuge Sales Consultant at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.

In this role, you will tailor cell health and centrifugation solutions to help our customers achieve their research goals across various applications. You will report to the Northeast and Canadian Cell Health and Centrifugation Regional Manager and work remotely across Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, ideally residing near Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan, including setting objectives and identifying opportunities within your territory.
  2. Engage in sales activities such as customer visits, trade shows, product demonstrations, and channel management, including distributor training.
  3. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
  4. Manage customer mailing lists and report on competitive activities using Salesforce.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills, with experience in life sciences, academic, or technical sales preferred.
  • Motivated, success-driven, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Experience with distribution channels is a plus.
  • Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Travel & Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays within your territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 CAD, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k). This position supports remote work arrangements and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
