Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally.

• Document and process customer claims accurately in systems.
• Lead fact-finding to determine best options for customers.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution as needed.
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge.
