MCI is seeking Call Center Agents in Sydney, NS to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects. The role requires problem solving, up-selling, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction across various programs and clients.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess strong communication, typing, and Microsoft Office skills. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a growing organization.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute or faster.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally.
• Aim for first call resolution through effective problem-solving.
• Document and process customer claims accurately in systems.
• Lead fact-finding to determine best options for customers.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution as needed.
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge.
