Merit Services is looking for a highly professional call center representative qualified to provide exceptional customer service to our client in the window supplier industry in Concord.

Schedule:

Morning: 11.00AM - 6.00/7.0OPM

Evening: 2.00PM-3.00PM -9.00PM

Job type: part-time/ full time

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Display exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
• Responding effectively to customer inquiries
• Identifying opportunities to generate new sales
• Data collection and reporting

Requirements:

• With second language (Russian & Ukrainian)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The second language must be Russian or Ukrainian
• Strong computer skills and experience with order entry systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work long hours as needed

Candidate must have at least 1 year of call center experience - outbound calls
