GardaWorld is seeking a Commercial Shift Security Supervisor in Calgary to oversee day-to-day security operations and incident handling on a 4/4 12-hour rotation. You will liaise with clients and contractors, manage CCTV footage, and provide first aid when needed. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in security supervision.
• Valid Alberta Security license.
• Ability to work 4/4 12-hour rotational shifts (2 days/2 nights).
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review incident reports for quality and accuracy.
• Liaise with client, contractors, tenants and emergency services.
• Review and export CCTV footage from digital systems.
• Provide first aid and basic life safety in emergencies.
• Cover shifts as needed and coordinate day-to-day operations.
