GardaWorld is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard for camp security in Alberta, Canada. The role requires monitoring security systems, patrolling premises, and rapid threat response to protect facilities and personnel.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold an Alberta valid security license.
• First aid certification.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Full Class 5 Drivers License.
• Clean Drivers Abstract.
• CSO - Common Safety Orientation.
• Able to pass a drug test panel 8.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.

Ready to suit up as a Full- Time Camp Security Guard Security Guard

What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths.

As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as security operation centres , call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.
