Job summary

QuadReal Self Storage Management is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist clients with storage solutions, process reservations, and handle payments. You will upsell moving supplies, maintain neat facilities, and contribute to daily reports. Weekend availability is required, with competitive wages and a supportive work environment.

The role emphasizes friendly in-person service, phone and email communication, and teamwork within a growing storage company across Canada.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or some post-secondary education.
• Proven background in customer service and retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and pride in your work.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries, confirm reservations, rent storage units, prepare rental documentation, and update the client database.
• Sell/upsell high-quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, and other moving supplies.
• Complete daily administrative duties and reports.
• Collect rental payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Perform daily inspections of rental units to ensure they are clean, locked and client-ready.
• Maintain property appearance by cleaning spaces and organizing moving carts.

Role Description

• Work with our clients to recommend the very best solutions for their storage needs.


• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.


• Follow‑up on inquiries, confirm reservations, rent storage units, prepare rental documentation, and update the client database.


• Sell/upsell high‑quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, and other moving supplies.


• Complete daily administrative duties and reports.

• Perform daily inspections of rental units to ensure that they are clean, properly locked and client‑ready.


• Maintain property appearance by cleaning spaces, sweeping, removing debris, organizing moving carts, etc.

Experience & Qualifications

• A High School diploma and/or some post‑secondary education


• A proven background in customer service and retail sales.


• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.


• Energy, enthusiasm, and pride in your work.


• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.


• Ability to work weekends.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.

The expected hourly range for this role is $19 – $21. Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance‑based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
