Executive Integrity Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Business Development Manager for Oil & Gas to establish our first commercial seat in Canada. Hybrid work with a local team and Canadian-dollar billing.

You will open doors with Alberta operators, own a year-one sales target around US$300k, and shape how a US sales model lands in Canada. You’ll manage deals from first meeting to signature with support from SDR, proposals and client services.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years selling into, or working inside, oil and gas.
• Knowledge of Alberta operators buying process.
• Software or data sales is a plus.
• Weather risk domain familiarity is nice to have but not required.
• Able to build trust with Canadian buyers.

Responsabilités

• Open doors with Alberta oil & gas operators.
• Own a year-one new-sales target of around US$300k, where new logos and upsell both count.
• Shape how a proven US sales model lands in Canada.
• Run deals from first meeting to signature, with SDR, proposal and client services support behind you.
• Become the name Calgary's energy buyers connect with weather risk.
