Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking a part-time Busser to support servers and keep dining spaces clean and guest-ready. You will clear and reset tables, replenish service supplies, and help ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for guests.

The Busser plays a vital support role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by assisting servers and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. This position is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, replenishing service supplies, and ensuring restaurant, lounge, or banquet areas remain clean, stocked, and guest‑ready at all times. The Busser works closely with the front‑of‑house team to support efficient service, enhance guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining environment.
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times when you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino‑related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
