Job summary

Gray Collection is seeking a Busser to support dining room operations and assist servers during service. The role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences through timely table setup, clearing, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

The Busser will ensure guests have the necessary tableware and amenities and respond to requests with courtesy while helping to keep the restaurant clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same or similar role is a plus.
• Training in food and beverage service or culinary arts is a plus.
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication in French and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional service and a welcoming experience for guests.
• Support fellow team members on the floor whenever needed and assist with various service-related tasks.
• Set tables for guests and clear, clean, and reset tables after guests leave the restaurant.
• Ensure guests always have the necessary tableware, equipment, and amenities to make their experience enjoyable and memorable.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the same or a similar position is considered an asset.
• Training in food and beverage service or culinary arts is considered an asset.
• Strong ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
