Job summary

Gray Collection is seeking a Busser to join our dining service team. Under the supervision of the Service Manager, you will help with dining room setup, support servers, and clear and reset tables to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include preparing settings, maintaining cleanliness, and promptly responding to guest needs. Fluency in French and English is required, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same or a similar position is an asset.
• Training in restaurant service or culinary arts is an asset.
• Strong ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with exceptional service and a welcoming dining experience.
• Support fellow team members on the floor whenever needed and assist with various service-related tasks.
• Prepare table settings for guests and clear, clean, and reset tables after guests leave the restaurant.
• Ensure guests have all necessary tableware, utensils, and amenities at all times to enhance their dining experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
