Responsibilities:

• Bus and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
• Have a general knowledge of the food and drink menu; recommend and upsell products.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed.
• Assist in delivering food & beverages, supporting Guests, and creating WOW moments. Teamwork is essential.
• Follow all safety procedures, including food handling and sanitation standards.
