Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

• Taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up/cleaning up, using POS system, and handling cash/card transactions.
• Basic cash-out counting, answering phones, receiving take-out orders by phone and delivery app.
• Using tablet to organize walk-ins and reservations, greeting and seating customers.
• Ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of serving experience; fine dine experience is an asset.
• Serving it right certification.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• English language skill level: fluent or intermediate.
• Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident preferred; if work permit, must be able to work more than 6 months.
• Basic knowledge of our menu (not required but helpful).
