DUTIES

1. Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image
2. Deliver, maintain and exceed customer service quality standards as established by F&B Department
3. Food Runner - Deliver food to customers while ensuring they receive the correct order
4. Busser – assist the servers with clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables
5. Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may compromise or be damaging to positive customer relations
6. Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 1 year of service experience in hotel/restaurant dining room/lounge
2. Basic food, wine and liquor knowledge
3. Availability to work various shifts including weekends
