DUTIES
  1. Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation, and venue image.
  2. Deliver, maintain, and exceed customer service quality standards as established by the F&B Department.
  3. Food Runner: Deliver food to customers while ensuring they receive the correct order.
  4. Busser: Assist servers with clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables.
  5. Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may compromise or damage positive customer relations.
  6. Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 1 year of service experience in a hotel, restaurant dining room, or lounge.
  • Basic knowledge of food, wine, and liquor.
  • Available to work varied shifts, including weekends.
