Overview & Responsibilities

1. Set up and replenish server stations with polished china, glassware, silverware, and condiments.
2. Scrape dishes and ensure proper place settings for guests.
3. Utilize trays for pre-bussing and bussing tables, organized with safety in mind.
4. Deliver soiled china, glassware, silverware, and linens to designated areas, discarding trash properly.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
6. Notify management of any maintenance issues.
7. Complete additional reasonable requests from management.
8. Check with supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in food service or customer service preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to walk distances.
• Frequently lift/push/pull/move up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a regulated environment, with occasional presence on the Casino Floor, which may include exposure to noise and other environmental factors.
