Job summary

Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa is hiring a Busperson to join our Outlets team. Reporting to the Outlets Leadership Team, you will provide professional, friendly service and support Food & Beverage Servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Ideal candidates have experience in a similar environment, hold Smart Serve certification, are fluent in both official languages, and thrive in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience

• Run food orders and replenish product offerings
• Greet, acknowledge and provide assistance to guests

Job Description
