Position Overview
The Business Solutions and Operations Analyst is responsible for data verification, reporting, analysis, system configurations, gathering business requirements, Pcard management, and accurate invoicing for BGIS clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Account Operations & Systems support to BGIS Clients and Client Account Teams.
- Resolve problems/conflicts and maintain open communication, including providing regular reports in response to escalations.
- Recommend solutions and implement appropriate actions for issues.
- Seek efficiencies by recommending and implementing best practices and collaborating with internal teams.
- Participate in developing corporate programs and new system releases.
- Work closely with project management and development teams to ensure client requirements are met for system enhancements.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and reviewing policies, processes, training materials, and work instructions.
- Create forms and corresponding training materials for organizational use.
- Maintain corporate program tools related to performance and service delivery, including Asset and Halocarbon Programs.
- Upload documents, forms, and submissions to internal portals for review by client teams.
- Compile and analyze operational, financial, and KPI data to support client teams.
- Update process documents, including work instructions, forms, and policies.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Verify accuracy of compliance data from all client business groups and product lines.
- Prepare and distribute reports, highlighting non-compliance and tracking issues to resolution.
- Provide training to Operations team members on compliance data requirements.
- Review compliance data to identify inefficiencies and inaccuracies.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance processes.
- Stay informed of external compliance requirements to support related initiatives.
- Coordinate with Regional Leaders to provide metrics that drive business goals such as WIP, Work Order Management, and Operational Approvals.
- Ensure prompt closure of Work Orders to shorten billing cycles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Previous experience in Service Delivery.
- Understanding of external compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of RealSuite System.
- Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g., RPA, CET).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of quality management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong data management skills, including reporting, verification, and analysis.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
