Bond Brand Loyalty is seeking a Business Partner, People & Values to partner with leaders across the business, strengthening teams, evolving leadership capability, and guiding organizational change. You will balance strategic thinking with practical execution while navigating ambiguity and coaching leaders through complex situations.

Our People & Values team shapes leadership development, talent strategy, performance and employee experience, with opportunities to apply AI in practical ways.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting senior leaders in an HRBP capacity.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, evolving environments.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR systems and people analytics; HiBob experience is an asset.
• CHRP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across assigned client groups on organizational effectiveness, team structure, workforce planning, engagement, performance, and talent strategy.
• Coach and support leaders through change, growth, team challenges, and difficult people situations.
• Help strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness across the organization.
• Support key talent initiatives including performance enablement, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
• Use data and business context to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to broader People & Values priorities and programs that help Bond scale effectively.
• Bring modern thinking to how work gets done, including opportunities to simplify processes, improve effectiveness, and leverage AI in practical ways.

Job Benefits

• Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $87,000-$127,000 CAD annually.
