Job description

GubolinCo is seeking a Business Development Specialist with at least six years of experience in the ground transportation industry. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities for GubolinCo. Your primary goal will be to help our clients reduce costs, increase revenue, and drive sales by demonstrating how our products and services can add value to their operations.

You will utilize your industry network to identify and understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure continuous customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will focus on targeting new opportunities in the ground transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the transportation industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand GubolinCo’s client base.
  • Understand client cost structures, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions to reduce expenses.
  • Promote GubolinCo's products and services to meet client needs and deliver value, focusing on increasing revenue and sales.
  • Develop customized projects to address specific client requirements.
  • Stay up to date with trends and advancements in the ground transportation industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
  • Visit client sites to ensure excellent service and support.

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary degree (preferred).
  • At least six years of experience in the ground transportation industry.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization in the transportation industry.
