The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive with a passion for relationship-building and a solid understanding of the full sales cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team within a growing business that values initiative, ambition, and results.

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing a strong pipeline, and maintaining meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the recruitment and contracting sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Achieving and exceeding performance targets with full visibility of KPIs
  • Engaging confidently with decision-makers at all levels
  • Using data and insights to drive engagement and improve conversion
  • Representing Icon Accounting at industry events and networking opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in a Business Development or Sales role
  • Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter attitude with a commercial mindset and target-driven approach

Monday to Friday | Day Shifts | No Weekends
