What you will be doing:
- Making outbound calls to new business leads to build new partnerships for the company.
- Making outbound calls to existing partners to serve their needs and grow our partnerships.
- Performing basic research to learn more about our partners and potential partners.
- Tracking research results and activity into the company’s CRM system.
- Generating engaging proposals using the various tools the company provides.
- Communicating in a professional, clear, and effective manner with all the company stakeholders.
- Adopting and operating within the scope of the company values.
- Generating Sales Orders and Sales Quotations as needed.
- Tracking and closing production orders as needed and according to the company’s stated procedures.
- Being capable of handling inbound calls if extra support is required in the customer service department.
- Tracking and reporting your business development activities to the Business Development Manager on a weekly basis.
- Collaborating on the development of outreach campaigns.
- Communicating promotions and other marketing activities to our partners.
- Reaching specified sales and activity targets as set out by the Business Development Manager.
- Assist in inventory count once per year.
- Occasional travel may be required.

- Have a driver’s license and vehicle, and are willing to travel occasionally for tradeshows and other special events.
- Bilingual French will receive special consideration.
Salary/Rate Range: $50,000-$55,000 + Commission (3.5% of net new business lines or clients)
