Here’s what Transcat offers:
Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus commission.
Our Business Development Managers (BDMs), based in designated labs, focus on customer-centric growth, building relationships to foster trust and loyalty. They develop and execute sales strategies to retain existing clients, expand into new channels, identify new regional customers, and exceed sales targets annually. Each BDM is provided with a customer list and is responsible for engaging proactively, recognizing opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Success requires a strong understanding of customer needs, a relationship-building passion, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. This role reports to the Regional Sales leader.
