  • Manage customer negotiations related to pricing, vendor agreements and terms, and channel investments
  • Support the execution of all retail strategies for Canada
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identify growth opportunities, potential partners, useful technologies, and other in‑market insights to improve future sales potential and execution
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide forecasting across a large portfolio of products to accommodate the depth and variety of retailers in the channel
  • Develop and communicate business results to the company and customer, identifying insights and action steps to improve business performance
  • Understand and share market intelligence regarding competitive activity and changes in retailer’s strategic initiatives
  • Utilize available analytics tools for each customer or channel to adapt the business to emerging trends and market conditions
  • Become the “expert” on the channel’s “way of doing business” and be able to share with other business units
  • Facilitate online brand experience across third‑party partners
  • Represent Munchkin at tradeshows, showroom visits, and other networking events
  • Other duties may be assigned
You will have:

  • High learning agility with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong sales, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
