Business Development Manager - Regal Vancouver Office

We are currently looking for an experienced sales professional responsible for selling security services in the specified territory. The successful candidate will identify new sales opportunities and drive the sales process from initial contact to signed contract. Additionally, you will develop client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience proactively targeting organizations requiring security guards, mobile patrols, parking solutions, and related services. This includes prospecting, networking, and the effective use of sales tools, including a CRM and prospecting system. The ability to set up self-generated sales appointments with prospective clients and to create and present proposals is essential in this role.

Qualifications:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended;
  • Proven experience in sales of physical security or physical security client management is required;
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent negotiation, and organizational skills;
  • Must hold a full, clean driving license.

  • Competitive remuneration package (salary + bonus commissions) to be discussed with the successful candidate;
