You're experienced in selling into businesses, particularly within e-commerce or marketing agency services, and you’re comfortable navigating six-figure annual contracts. You bring the mindset and experience of an SDR or BDR who knows how to prospect, combined with the skills of an Account Executive who knows how to close.


You’re independent, strategic, and know how to drive momentum across long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. You’re looking for a fast-growing, remote-first team where your effort directly impacts company growth—and your own earnings.


Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Acceler8 Labs, you'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and onboarding. You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline and converting qualified leads into long-term clients. This is a high-impact role that demands both outbound sales experience and a proven ability to close complex, high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Identify, research, and reach out to ideal client profiles across industries such as e-commerce, DTC, retail, CPG, and lead generation.
  • Execute strategic outbound sales efforts using cold email, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and personalized sequences.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and virtual summits to identify and engage with prospective clients.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess fit through structured discovery calls.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline using CRM and prospecting tools.

Sales & Deal Closure

  • Run deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover prospect goals, challenges, and budget constraints.
  • Position Acceler8 Labs’ services—paid media, performance strategy, creative iteration, CRO, and analytics—as critical levers to hit their growth targets.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, including projections, workflows, and performance models.
  • Confidently handle objections, educate on ROI, and differentiate against other agencies.
  • Close deals ranging from mid-five-figure to six-figure annual contracts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions to the strategy and client success teams.
  • Maintain clear, organized records of all sales activities and deal progression in HubSpot and Apollo.io.
  • Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline creation and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of sales experience in selling paid advertising and digital agency services.
    Previous SDR or BDR experience is required—you know how to build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Demonstrated success selling to businesses (B2B) in e-commerce, DTC, or marketing verticals.
  • Proven track record closing high-ticket deals (six-figure+ annual contracts).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor value propositions for executive-level decision makers.
  • Confident with outbound sales tools and systems—HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and layers of approval.
  • Thrives in a remote, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
  • Has deep experience selling into the US market.
