Job description

Business Architect – Nonprofit in the USA or Canada

Cloud for Good is seeking a Business Architect to lead business analysis and solution design on Salesforce implementations for nonprofit organizations. You will be the bridge between what a client needs and what the platform can do: running discovery, shaping the solution, and making sure what the team builds delivers measurable results for the client’s mission.

You will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions that align business processes, platform capabilities, and client objectives. Typical projects include solutions built on/with Nonprofit Cloud, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, Flow, Experience Sites, and AppExchange applications that extend the Salesforce Platform. You will partner with Solution Architects, developers, and configurators, and work alongside the Project Manager to keep delivery on track.

Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada

Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.

  • Experience leading discovery, gathering requirements, and writing user stories in an Agile delivery environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and platform limits for solution design
  • Understanding of Salesforce environment management, deployment processes, and release coordination (Gearset experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of nonprofit business processes such as gift processing, accounting, moves management, and program management
  • Strong consulting skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management

  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Salesforce AI features
