Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Level V) to lead a critical content architecture and data platform transition. The hybrid role requires coordinating VDR migration to Box, defining access controls, and driving governance through a short-term engagement.
The candidate will document end-user guidance, validate SaaS configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth post-migration handoff.
Our client, is seeking an experienced, senior-level Business Analyst V to spearhead a critical content architecture and data platform transition.
In this strategic, short-term engagement, you will act as the functional anchor for a major cloud migration initiative, transition files, and governance models from a legacy platform to a modern Virtual Data Room (VDR) ecosystem powered by Box. Your primary mandate will focus on evaluating document management workflows, configuring strict folder access controls, mapping security permissions, and driving organizational readiness. Additionally, you will lead the creation of technical end-user documentation to ensure a seamless post-migration operational handoff.
Period: July 20, 2026 – October 30, 2026
Extension Possible: Potential based on project milestones and business requirements
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site at the corporate office)
