Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (former MGCS)

Location: 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto

Period: 10-months

Start Date: 2025-05-26

End Date: 2026-03-31

Working Hrs: 7.25 Hrs. / day

Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote

Must Have

• Experience with a wide range of methods, tools and techniques for business analysis such as: business functional modelling, business event modelling, business process mapping
• Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs
• Experience with creating Business Cases, Screen Design/User Interface, Business Process Model Flows, and Logical architecture artifacts

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

• Business and Functional Requirements Gathering and Documentation (30%)
• Ability to document business and data requirements into specifications for designing appropriate technology solutions
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and related standards
• Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for diverse business and technological needs
• Interact with stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements
• 10+ years experience in a business analyst role across project lifecycle stages
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and documentation development
• Experience creating Business Cases, Screen Design, Business Process Models, and Logical architecture artifacts
• Experience in testing plans, schedules, and cases, and supporting testing activities
• Project Management and Leadership Skills (35%)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
• Ability to work independently and influence others
• Participate in discussions on project strategies and deliverables
• Identify resource needs and plan accordingly
• Report on progress, milestones, issues, and risks to various audiences
