Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal on-site is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead PLM-related process transformations. The role focuses on documenting and harmonizing future state processes, facilitating workshops, and ensuring traceability between requirements and solutions.

Experience with PLM or Teamcenter is an asset. You will drive organizational change management, coordinate UAT and testing, and ensure smooth adoption of the new platform across stakeholders in a fast-evolving transformation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in business analysis, process transformation and change management.
• Experience in complex technology transformation or systems migration.
• Expert in defining, optimizing and harmonizing business processes.
• Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders and manage requirements.
• Familiar with change management practices and user support.
• Experience with PLM solutions or Teamcenter is a plus.
