RTX in Longueuil, Quebec is seeking a PLM Transformation & Integration Lead to drive cross-functional engineering initiatives across the product lifecycle.

You will simplify processes, improve the flow of engineering information, and extend the use of PLM and related tools to create a more connected, agile organization. This on-site, full-time role offers collaborative, impact‑driving work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in engineering design, product development, program management, or a technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of engineering, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Longueuil, Quebec (CA-QC-LONGUEUIL-J01) – Full‑time, Monday to Friday, flexible hours, on‑site.

What You Need to Be Successful
